By accessing or using the MeBeingHuman streaming platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates thereto.
MeBeingHuman is a live-streaming platform that provides authenticated, real-time video of a human subject engaged in daily activities. The Platform offers tiered access levels for observation, academic research, and institutional use. All content is streamed live and subject to forensic watermarking and session logging.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Platform is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

All prices are in USD. Tier features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to video streams, metadata, interface design, and documentation, is the property of MeBeingHuman and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
AI Training Prohibition: You may not use any content from the Platform to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models without explicit written consent.
Deepfake & Synthetic Media Ban: The creation of deepfakes, synthetic media, or any AI-generated content derived from Platform streams is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and legal action.
You agree not to: redistribute, sublicense, or share stream content; attempt to circumvent access controls or watermarking; use automated tools to scrape or download content; engage in harassment, doxxing, or stalking of the subject; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the Platform’s operation or security.
Research and Research Plus tier subscribers are subject to the Data Use Agreement in addition to these Terms. Any publication, presentation, or public disclosure of research findings derived from Platform data requires prior written consent from MeBeingHuman, with a minimum 30-day review period.
The human subject retains full autonomy and the right to pause, modify, or terminate streaming at any time without notice. The subject has the right to request removal of specific content and to be informed of how their data is used. No subscriber action may infringe upon the subject’s dignity, privacy, or personal safety.
All streams are embedded with forensic watermarks unique to your account. All viewing sessions are logged, including timestamps, duration, IP addresses, and access patterns. This data may be used to investigate unauthorized redistribution or Terms violations. Attempting to remove or circumvent watermarking is a violation of these Terms.
MeBeingHuman reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Grounds for immediate termination include: unauthorized redistribution, AI training, deepfake creation, harassment, circumvention of security measures, or breach of the Data Use Agreement. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice to access@mebeinghuman.ai including: identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MeBeingHuman, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEBEINGHUMAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware. Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MeBeingHuman regarding the Platform. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms may not be assigned by you without our prior written consent. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
